Pick a plan by how many flows you want checked and how often. A run is one test on one browser and screen size, so the same allowance stretches further on Chrome desktop alone than on every browser and screen size.

If you run out of runs before your allowance resets, buy a one-time run pack from the Subscription page in the app. It's a single payment, not a subscription. Your plan's monthly runs are used first, and pack runs don't expire, so whatever you don't use carries over. Pack sizes and prices are listed in the billing docs. If you buy packs every month, a bigger plan usually works out cheaper.

What counts as a test run?

One test on one browser and screen size. A checkout check on Chrome desktop is 1 run each time it runs. The same check on Chrome and Firefox, at desktop and mobile sizes, is 4 runs.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts without a card and includes every feature, capped at 500 test runs and 50 AI credits. Your plan's full limits apply from the first paid day. If the trial ends without a plan, your account becomes read-only: your tests and reports stay viewable, and runs stop until you subscribe.

What happens if I use up my runs?

New runs are blocked until your allowance resets at the start of the next billing period. Nothing is charged automatically. To keep going sooner, buy a one-time run pack or move to a bigger plan. Your tests, schedules and reports stay as they are.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and the switch between monthly and annual billing start from the Subscription page in the app, and you can cancel from the billing portal at any time. After a cancellation the account is read-only. Run history keeps your plan's window for 30 days after the subscription ends, then drops to 7 days.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax. Stripe sells the subscription as merchant of record, and it calculates and adds any tax that applies at checkout.

What are AI credits?

They meter the AI extras, such as explaining why a run failed or writing plain-language descriptions of a test's steps. One credit is one AI action. Running checks never uses credits.
